Property Due Diligence - Environmental

We have significant experience in all facets of due diligence of a property for lease, purchase, divestment or integration. Due diligence assessments range from a detailed baseline assessment to risk ranking of properties across a property portfolio. Other due diligence work may include asbestos and hazardous materials assessment, targeted site wide assessment, air quality assessments or broad site inspections.

Contaminated Land Assessment, Remediation and Management

Envand is able to successfully deliver projects relating to the assessment, remediation and management of contaminated land, including:

• Preliminary and Detailed Site Investigations (PSI / DSIs).

• Site Remediation.

• Site Validation.

• Underground Petroleum Storage System Management.

• Conceptual Site Models (CSMs).

Waste Management and Categorisation - Soil and Other Wastes

We routinely undertake in-situ and ex-situ assessments of soil for categorisation in accordance with regulatory guidelines (e.g. EPA Victoria Regulations). We are able to provide clear advice to ensure the waste receiver can make a prompt decision on acceptance of the waste. Envand can also advise on any alternate options to disposing soil off-site, such as on site retention of soils.

Groundwater Assessment

Envand has personnel with a strong technical background in the assessment of regional or site specific groundwater assessments. Personnel have managed and undertaken a wide variety of groundwater investigations for both clean and contaminated sites, including resource determination, CUSFARP and risk assessment. We routinely interpret and review technical groundwater data, which can be used to support the development of conceptual site models.
